Problem
There is water on
the floor.
You cannot open
the appliance
door.
The appliance
makes an unusual
noise.
The appliance fills
with water and
drain immediate-
ly.
The washing re-
sults are not satis-
factory.
The internal lamp
is off.
After a steam
programme, gar-
ments are partial-
ly wet.
Possible cause
The Child Lock function
is activated.
Leakages from the cou-
plings of the water ho-
ses.
Leakages from the drain
pump.
The water drain hose is
damaged.
The washing programme
is in operation.
There is water in the
drum.
Incorrect level of the ap-
pliance.
You did not remove the
packaging and/or the
transit bolts.
The load is very small.
The end of the drain
hose is too low.
The detergent you used
was not sufficient or cor-
rect.
You did not remove the
stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry.
You set a not correct
temperature.
Too much laundry load.
The lamp is burned.
The appliance is not ac-
curately levelled.
Possible solution
Deactivate the Child Lock func-
tion.
Make sure that the couplings are
tight.
Make sure that the drain pump
filter is tight.
Make sure that the water inlet
hose has no damages.
Let the washing programme end.
Set the drain or the spin pro-
gramme.
Adjust the level of the appliance.
Refer to 'Installation'.
Remove the packaging and/or
the transit bolts. Refer to 'Instal-
lation'.
Add more laundry in the drum.
Make sure that the drain hose is
in the correct position.
Increase the detergent quantity
or use a different one.
Use special products to remove
the stubborn stains.
Make sure that you set the cor-
rect temperature.
Decrease the laundry load.
To replace the lamp, contact the
service centre.
Check the levelling and adjust
the appliance by raising or lower-
ing the feet.
