Problem
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be set.

The temperature is not set correctly. Set a higher/lower temperature.
The door is not closed correctly.
The food products' temperature is
too high.
Many food products are stored at
the same time.
The door has been opened often.
The Extra Freeze function is switch‐
ed on.
The Extra Cool function is switched
on.
There is no cold air circulation in the
appliance.
The appliance is in the demonstra‐
tion mode.
Communication problem.
Temperature sensor problem.

Solution
Attach the melting water outlet to
the evaporative tray.
Switch off Extra Freeze function or
Extra Cool function manually, or
wait until the function deactivates
automatically to set the temperature.

Let the food products temperature
decrease to room temperature be‐
fore storage.
Store less food products at the
same time.
Open the door only if necessary.

Make sure that there is cold air cir‐
culation in the appliance. Refer to
"Hints and tips" chapter.
To exit the demonstration mode,
press and hold the Extra Cool and
ECO buttons for approximately 10
seconds until you hear 3 short
beeps.
Contact the nearest Authorised
Service Centre. The cooling system
will continue to keep food products
cold, but temperature adjustment
will not be possible.

8.2 Replacing the lamp
The appliance is equipped with a longlife LED
interior light.
Only service is allowed to replace the lighting
device. Contact your Authorised Service
