8.2 Closing the door

Possible cause
Many food products are stored at
the same time.
The thickness of the frost is greater
than 4-5 mm.
The door has been opened often.
The Frostmatic function is switched
on.
There is no cold air circulation in the
appliance.
The appliance is in the demonstra‐
tion mode.

Solution
Store less food products at the

Defrost the appliance.
Open the door only if necessary.

Make sure that there is cold air cir‐

To exit the demonstration mode,
press and hold the OK button for ap‐
proximately 10 seconds until you
hear a long sound and the display
turns off for a short time.
Contact the nearest Authorized
Service Centre. The cooling system
will continue to keep food products
cold, but temperature adjustment
will not be possible.
