To adjust the working water level, this should be done while balancing the air volume. The water
level greatly influences the air volume, to much water reduces air volume, low water level produces
increased air volume and possibly water bypass.
Water level at static water level, close the inlet water valve (A), start the blower and verify the
air volume if :
To much air, increase water level
Not enough air, decrease water level
This will provide the working water level. Float valve should be adjusted at (B) for this water level.
To adjust (B) loosen nut and slide up or down the ridged pipe at the desired level.
When the water level drops due to evaporation, the solenoid valve assembly will allow sufficient
water into the unit to bring it back to Working Water Level. If the unit is overfilled, due to the
solenoid valve assembly being jammed, water will escape through the overflow pipe, which is fitted
inside, pass through the overflow reservoir and spill outside the unit.
