INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF COZY FEET

By purchasing this pair of COZY FEET in-shoe warmers, you have bought a high quality product.

Please read the instructions carefully before using this device.

Our feet are particularly susceptible to getting cold because they cool down more quickly than the

rest of the body. These COZY FEET are designed to help bring feet back to their correct body

temperature.

COZY FEET in-shoe warmers will warm up to a safe, comfortable temperature just above body heat.

Installation:

Place the heater pad inside the sole of each shoe or boot. The heater pad must not directly contact

skin. The user must wear socks to maintain a safe barrier between the skin and the heater pad.

Attach the battery pack on the belt buckle using the clips.

Adjust the retractable cord so that there is a comfortable level of pressure.

Do not pull on the cords. Pulling on the cords could damage the wire contacts which could cause

the battery pack to overheat to temperatures surpassing 100 °C.

If the heater pad will be used by children, they must first be tested by a parent or adult to confirm that

the battery pack is not generating heat and that installation is done according to this manual.

The actual temperature of the element is dependent upon ambient temperature, shoe insulation and

battery quality.

For permanent installation, remove the release liner on the bottom of the heater pad and adhere the

black foam adhesive to the sole of the shoe. For temporary use, do not remove the release liner.

Ensure that the cords are situated so that they will not be entangled in a ski lift, or caught in skis and

will not inhibit normal movement and activities.

Operation:

Install 2 AA size batteries into each battery case – total 4 AA batteries (batteries not included).

Rechargeable batteries are recommended for repeat use.

Turn the battery case switch from the OFF to the ON position to start heating.

After use, remove the foot heater taking care not to pull on the wires.

Dispose of the batteries in accordance with your local battery disposal laws.

WARNING:

If you experience any discomfort, immediately discontinue use.

The batteries are protected from splashing water, however should any water enter the battery packs,

open them and dry for 1 day.

The heater pad circuit is insulated from water – however – do not directly subject to water such as

wading in rivers.

Dispose of used batteries properly.

Do not throw batteries into an open fire as there is a risk of explosion.

Check your feet regularly for reddening of the skin. Too high temperatures over prolonged periods

can lead to burn and skin irritation.
