If you are using your SpectroLink™ for the first time with your spectrophotome-

ter, it is recommended to check the parameters and set the required baseline

etc. depending on your spectrophotometer type before you proceed to do mea-

surement flows.

9.2.2. Scanning spectrophotometer

For a scanning instrument, you will usually find the following parameters

in the dashboard:

• Wavelength range (nm)

• Scan speeds

• Scan resolutions

• Setting the baseline
