4. Tighten the thumbscrew to secure the PSU.
5. Reconnect the power cable to the PSU and secure it with the strap.

6. Verify that the AC Power Input LED is lit green and the fault LED is no longer amber on the replaced PSU.
7. In the system manager, ensure that the PSU is recognized and shown as up and running.
8. Close the upper CMA and ensure that connectors on the CMA and rail engage.

EMM

This section provides instructions for removing and installing an EMM in an enclosure.
The PowerVault MD2460 enclosure supports two redundant EMMs. If an EMM fails, the enclosure will run on a single EMM until
the redundancy is restored. You can replace one EMM without powering off the enclosure. However, if you do not have MPIO
configured on your system, Dell recommends that you stop all I/O before removing the EMM.
CAUTION:
When an EMM is removed from an enclosure, it must be replaced within 20 minutes to prevent the
enclosure from overheating.
CAUTION:
Before removing an EMM ensure that MPIO is configured on the host to direct I/O through redundant
cabling.
