y Gently move the brush from your front teeth to the back teeth, guiding the

brush along the natural curve of your teeth (a, b, C). Then gently guide the

brush toward the front. It is not necessary to move the handle vigorously

back and forth. Let the brush head do the work.

z Turn the brush the other direction and brush the other side of the mouth

using the same procedure (D, e, F). You may find it more comfortable to

switch hands.
