Miele Steam Ovens
Performance
EXTERNAL STEAM GENERATION
Accurate and consistent temperatures are achieved through
Miele's unique external steam generator. Unlike traditional
steamers and pressure cookers which generate steam slowly
and raise temperature gradually, Miele steam ovens deliver
steam only once it's reached optimal temperature for superior
control of the cooking process.
HEALTHY RESULTS
Miele steam ovens surround your food with steam from
all sides. This immediate and intense exchange of heat
ensures that food is heated rapidly and is sealed instantly
to preserve all the vitamins, colour and flavour. It also
preserves the moisture content of your foods, and prevents
the transfer of taste and odours, so you can cook on all
three levels simultaneously without affecting each dish.
AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS
Our food‑driven menu system takes the guesswork out
of cooking for mouthwatering results every time. You
indicate what you'd like to cook, and your preferred level
of "doneness", and our automatic programming does
the rest. You can also add new programs to the database
through our intuitive programmable interface.
Design
EFFORTLESS CLEANING
The inner cavity of the steam oven is made of high‑quality
stainless steel, making it extremely durable and easy to keep
clean. A heating element in the bottom of the oven actively
reduces condensation created by steam cooking, making
cleanup even easier. All racks and trays are dishwasher safe.
FLUSH INSTALLATION
Miele steam ovens can be installed flush, so that the front
of the oven door lies in line with the surrounding cabinetry
for seamless integration into your kitchen. Alternatively,
they can also be mounted proud, with the trim showing to
match your other appliances.
CLEANTOUCH STEEL
Our steam ovens feature CleanTouch Steel on the exterior
for a professional appearance. CleanTouch Steel is a treated
stainless steel that resists fingerprint marks, and is easy to clean
with mild soapy water. No special detergents are necessary.
Quality
GERMAN MANUFACTURING
All components, including critical electronics are designed and
produced by Miele in Germany.
QUALITY CONTROL
All Miele products have been rigorously tested to last at least
20 years. Each product we make goes through a strict end line
test before passing quality control.
