Clean the filter

with a scrubbing brush in

a mild solution of warm water and

washing up liquid.

basket, ensuring the spray arm is

not obstructed.

Depending on the cleaning agent

used, cleaning the grease filter in a

dishwasher can cause permanent

discolouration of the surface of the

filter. However, this will not affect

the functioning of the grease filter in

any way.

– After cleaning leave the filter to dry

for a while on an absorbent surface

before putting it back in place.

– When removing the filter for cleaning

also clean off any residues of oil or

fat from the housing, to prevent the

risk of these catching fire.

– To replace the filter, insert the left-

hand side first and then push the

right-hand side upwards until the fil-

ter fits into place.

– After putting the grease filters back

in place, press the grease filter touch

control for approx. 4 seconds to re-

set the operating time counter.
