This positive displacement fl owmeter is de-
signed for use with highly viscous fl uid like
glue, honey.
The device is available with:
- 2 confi gurable outputs: one transistor out-
put
and one 4...20 mA current output
(NPN)
(2-wire)
- 3 confi gurable outputs: two transistor
outputs
and one 4...20 mA current
(NPN/PNP)
output
(2-wire)
- 4 confi gurable outputs: two transistor
outputs
and two 4...20 mA current
(NPN/PNP)
outputs
(3-wire).
The device converts the measured signal,
displays diff erent values in diff erent units
(if display/confi guration module mounted)
computes the output signals, which are
provided via one or two M12 fi xed connec-
tors. Thanks to 1 or 2 transistor outputs, the
fl owmeter can be used to switch a solenoid
valve, activate an alarm and, thanks to 1
or 2 current outputs, establish one or two
control loops.
Positive displacement fl owmeter
• Confi gurable outputs: one or two transistor output(s) and single
or dual 4...20 mA analog output(s)
• Removable backlit display/confi guration module for indication of
fl ow rate and volume with two fl ow totalizers
• Automatic calibration using Teach-In, all outputs can be
checked without the need of actual fl ow
