Solution
Press filter tank firmly onto the unit to allow
opening of anti-spill valve. Ensure that between filter
tank and unit no gap remains. Also ensure that the
filter tank is empty as well as the base unit collar
before placing filter tank on base unit. Place filter
tank on unit prior to filling with water.
Unscrew toggle portion of tap (top), fasten again and
taggle the lever back and forth, If not rectified tap requires
replacement.
Remove filter bottle & push plug in, if you need
replacement plug contact customer service for advice.
Please ensure the drain cap at bottom back of cooler is
tight - if missing it must be replaced.
Once power switch is checked; then check fan is running
and green light is working - If yes, the cooler is to be
returned.
Unfortunately cooler is to be returned for repair/
replacement.
Check to make sure the filter doesn't need replacing.
Replace filter, remove filter bottle and wash thououghly.

approx. 1 litre, pour in cooler until the tap reservoir is full,
leave overnight and then flush 68 - 102 oz of filtered water

clean.
