INSTRUCTIONS FOR THERMOWELD GROUNDING CONNECTIONS - BUS BAR TO GROUND ROD
BR-1
Place end of bar under the
center of the tap hole. Bar
must sit on top of ground rod.
Use locking pliers or a clamp
on the rod below the mold to
prevent it from slipping when
the mold is fired.
BR-4
Butt ground rod against bar. Edge of
bar must be in contact with mold to
prevent leakage.

Use locking pliers or a clamp on the
rod below the mold to prevent it from
slipping when the mold is fired.

below mold on ground rod to support
the mold and prevent slipping.
