Simple control
Muting the volume
To mute the sound.
•
To cancel, press the button again or adjust the volume.
•
Muting is canceled when you switch the unit to standby.
Dimming the display
To dim the display panel.
Every time you press the button:
Dim Original brightness

The display is dimmed, but brightens when you perform some
operations.
Discs — Convenient functions
Disc information
You can select the disc after checking the discs loaded with the
"DISC CHANGE" screen.
You can also select the disc directly with the disc buttons on the
main unit.

Press [DISC] to show the "DISC CHANGE" screen.
Example:

Press the numeric buttons ([1] ~ [5]) to select and play
the disc.
To clear the screen
Press [DISC].
All CDs play
VCD CD
WMA MP3
This function allows you to play all loaded CDs in order and
skips DVD, JPEG, MPEG4 and DivX discs.
While stopped with a CD in the current disc tray

Press and hold [–CD MODE].

Press [DVD/CD q].
To cancel
Press and hold [–CD MODE] while stopped.
(The function also cancels when you open the current disc tray,
switch the unit to standby or select another source.)

You cannot change the mode during play, or while in program
or random mode.

Normal
Peak hold
Off
Normal
Indicates strength of the sound in each tonal range.
Peak hold
Peak sound value of each sound range (on display for about
one second after it occurs).
Reflection
Indicates the strength of the sound in each tonal range
(displayed in the opposite direction of normal mode).
Repeat play
(Only when the elapsed play time can be displayed.
: Works with all JPEG contents.)

Press [REPEAT] to select an item to be repeated.
