Suitable pH level for drinking is 9.2 ~ 9.6.

Caution
● At the first stage, start to drink neutral water and then make the pH
level higher as your physical constitution goes with the strong
alkaline water.
● 200cc of alkaline water per weight of 10kg a day is recommended.
● 1000cc of alkaline water a day is proper for an adult with 50kg.
● If you make milk for baby, a quarter of equal amount of milk powder
you are generally putting is proper quantity.
● Drink alkaline water within 3 days and keep it in a bottle tightly sealed
at the refrigerator
● Do not drink the following waters.
Acidic water(Astringent).
