Step 3 – Create a trigger associated to the call

Configure an event trigger associated to the call:

1) Select "Configuration"/ "Event Configuration"/ (you will see the default record and

door open rules created by the door station and any others already configured in the

system). Select "New" and then select "Add".

2) In the add trigger window select "Device Event". Select the "A8004-VE in the device

list (This will be the name given to the device). In the Event pull down, select "State"

in the Call selection. Then in the filter selection select "Calling". Press Next.
