7 TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1 LED INFORMATION
IZAR RDC BATTERY is equipped with several LEDs inside the housing accessible only by opening it.

7.2 DIAGNOSIS
This chapter provides a first level of diagnosis in case of malfunction.
Beforehand (at the office with an internet connection):
Make sure the SIM card subscription is still active with your telephone company
•

Check that the FTP account is accessible
Check that the connection information to the FTP server is unchanged: user, password, URL
•
FTP address
Make sure that the available disk space on the FTP server is sufficient
•
On site:
Perform a visual inspection of the product and check in particular for the following elements:
•
significant humidity in the housing, damage...
•
Check the antenna wiring for good reception
•
When using the 12/24V DC external power connector, make sure that it is in place and that
power is available
Connect to the device and check the settings

Main microcontroller running
