Brightfield Observation

Launch DP Manager.

Launch DP Controller.

Set up the microscope.

Display the preview image.

Set the exposure mode.

Exposure mode?

Auto

Select the metering area (30%,

1% or 0.1%).

Perform framing and focusing.

Exposure mode?

Auto

Move the metering area and

correct exposure.

Adjust the white balance.

Record an image.

Select DP Manager.

Perform zooming or scrolling.

Save the image.

Manual

Set the exposure time.

Manual

Fine-adjust the exposure time.

Fluorescence Observation

Launch DP Manager.

Launch DP Controller.

Set up the microscope.

Display the preview image.

Set the exposure mode.

SFL Auto
