Initial Setup
1. Remove battery cover of the display console and insert three AAA batteries (batteries not included). Once
the batteries are inserted, you have three minutes to complete steps 2 and 3. Don't worry if you run out of
time. It's easy to start over!
2. Remove back cover of the remote transmitter.
3. Install two AAA batteries into transmitter.
4. Once the batteries are inserted into the remote transmitter, the red light will turn on. Once the red light
disappears, the temperature reading of that transmitter will be displayed on the display.

Time Setting
Radio-controlled time
Note: It can help to place the display console near an open window when carrying out the steps below.
The display console can receive the radio-controlled time signal from the DCF77 time transmitter in Germany.
For many UK locations, the time needs to be set manually, however you can check whether you are able to
receive the radio-controlled time signal by pressing the UP button to activate DCF search.
When successfully receiving the DCF RCC signal, set the time zone for the UK:
1. Press and hold the MODE button for approximately three seconds to enter the Time Setting mode. Digits to
be set will flash.
2. Press the MODE button four times to enter the TIME ZONE setting mode. Press DOWN button once to set
the time zone to "-1".
3. Exit the setting mode and the correct UK time will be shown.
Manually setting the time
1. Press and hold the MODE button for approximately three seconds to enter Time Setting mode. Digits to be
set will flash.
2. Press the UP or DOWN button to change the value.
3. Press the MODE button to confirm and continue to the next setting.
4. Finally press the MODE button to save the settings and exit the setting mode.
Settings order: Year > Month > Day > 7 languages week display > Time zone > 24hr/12hr > Hours > Minutes
> °C/°F.

Alarm Time Setting
1. In Normal mode, press the MODE button once to enter the Alarm mode.
