After the reboot, the phone has the transitional load installed. You will see "Configuration check in progress" and you may see a
warning "Failed to downloaded configuration data. Contact your administrator." DO NOT CLICK RETRY.
Ignore this warning as it only pertains to Bulk Provisioning. Bulk provisioning is covered in the Appendix. Move to the next step.

14. Scroll down to "Firmware Upgrade" and paste the following into the "Upgrade Rule".
