Warranty service upgrades

During the warranty period, warranty service upgrades provide an enhanced level of On-site

Service for an additional charge. A warranty service upgrade must be purchased during the

warranty period and is for a fixed term (duration).

new, but will be in good working order.

A 15% educational allowance is available to qualifying institutions in accordance with the

Attachment for Educational Allowance. The educational allowance may not be added to any

other discount or allowance.
