The comero is o precision-built insfrument thot
requires the utmost core ond ottention.
Tqke extreme cqre in cleoning the lens. Brush
lightly with o lens brush ond wipe fingerprint
morks off
with soft chomois, soft bleoched
cotfon or gouze doubed
with q little olcohol
o p p l i e d w i t h o c i r c u l o r m o t i o n b e g i n n i n g o t
the center ond working out.
When you hove token photogrophs
ot
the
seoshore or in exfremely domp weother, wipe
your comero well with o dry, soft cloth.
Do not leove the comerd with the shutter
cocked over o long period
becouse it mqy
w e o k e n t h e s h u t t e r s p r i n g .
Do not chonge the shutter speed ofter you
hove olreody
cocked the shutter.
To preserve the life of the shutter, ploce the
synchro setting ot X.
When leoving the comero in the cose, sef
the disfonce ot infinity,
The white bog included with the comero is
o drying ogent, silico gel.
When you hove not used your comero for q
long
period,
it is good
to toke it out ond
releqse the shutter one or two times.
Do not put the comero neor <r mogneiic field
such os rodios or television sets becquse it
might offect the exposure meter.
