Step # 3. Loading the transfer (ink) ribbon
1. Ink ribbon spindle

3. Empty ink ribbon core
1. Slide the ink ribbon (2) onto one of the ink ribbon spindles (1) exactly
as shown in Fig (A).
( The "Flat end" of the ink ribbon spindle must be on the left side of
the ink ribbon with the shiny side of the ink facing out as shown
in Fig (A). )
2. Install the ink ribbon spindle with the ink ribbon into the ribbon supply
holder (4) in the printer, exactly as shown in Fig (B).
3. Slide the empty ink ribbon core (3) onto the other ink ribbon spindle.
