How to Turn Mobile
Data on or off
1. From your
Home screen,
Open the App
Drawer.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap More...
4. Tap Mobile Networks.
5. If Mobile Data Traffic is
ticked then Mobile Data is
enabled.
6. Tap Mobile Data Traffic
to Remove the tick and
disable Mobile Data.
How to Connect
to a Wi-Fi
Network
1. From your
Home screen,
Tap the App
Drawer.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap the Wi-Fi switch to
set it to ON.

4. Tap the word Wi-Fi.
How to Setup
your Xtra Email
5. Tap the desired network
you wish to connect to.
6. If the network is secured,
enter the password.
7. Tap Connect.
How to Connect to
your facebook
account
1. From your
Home screen,
Open the App
Drawer.
2. Tap Email.
3. Tap Xtra.
4. Enter your Xtra email
address.
5. Enter your Xtra
password.
6. Tap Next.
7. Tap Next.
8. Amend the Account
Name and Your Name
fields as required.
9. Tap Next.
10. Xtra Email is now setup.
1. On your Home
screen, tap
the App
Drawer.
2. Tap
Facebook.
3. Enter your
Facebook email
address.
4. Tap the Password field.
5. Enter your password
details.
6. Tap Log in.
7. Tap Skip.
8. Tap the Home Key to
exit.
Install and View
Usage on the
Spark NZ App
1. Open the Play
Store and
search for
Spark NZ.
1. Tap and install the
Spark NZ app.
2. Wait for install to finish.
3. Press the Home Key.
4. From your app
drawer, tap the
Spark icon.
5. Tap Register.
6. Enter your mobile
number and tap Next.
7. Enter the SMS
validation code and
your desired password in
the required fields.
8. Tap Sign In.
9. Tap the Menu
button in the
top left corner.
10. Tap My Usage.
Note: By default you will be
automatically logged in
whenever you open the
Spark App in the future.
