Rebooting or Resetting a Gateway
You can reboot or reset the IG21, IG21R, or IG31R if needed.
Rebooting a device power cycles the device and maintains configuration settings. Resetting a device power
cycles the device, sets configuration options to factory default values, and optionally erases the configured
modem access point name (APN).
1. Remove the SIM slots and Reset button cover screw on the side panel (IG21) or the rear panel (IG21R
and IG31R), as shown in
