The one-touch timer recording feature provides a simple and convenient way to make a timed recording.
EXAMPLE: One-touch timer recording for 30 minutes.
Press the ON/STANDBY
button to turn on the TV/
VCR.

Press both the REC/OTR buttons at the same time to increase the time needed for recording. (See the chart below.)

When the tape speed LP is selected, the recording time can be set up to 10 hours.
•
To cancel OTR, press the STOP button.
•
The TV/VCR channel cannot be changed during recording.

Load a video cassette with
the erase prevention
tab intact.

Press both the REC/OTR buttons at the same
time to begin recording. Press the button again
for 30 minutes recording. Each additional press of
both the REC/OTR buttons at the same time will increase
recording time as shown below, up to a maximum of 5
hours. "OTR" will appear on the screen.
