4.- USE OF THE DEVICE

The appliance must be used by trained personnel who are knowledgeable

about these instructions.

During operation the cooking surfaces are very hot, therefore it is necessary

to pay the utmost attention.

4.1.- SWITCH ON.

Activate the timer, then activate any of the light switches that operate the

resistors.

The light switch indicates the presence of voltage.

4.2.- SWITCH OFF.

When the selected time ends, the light switches are switched off and the

resistors are switched off.

Turn off the light switches and set the timer to "0"

5.- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

TASKS, MAKE SURE THAT THE SWITCH IS DISCONNECTED AND

THAT THE NETWORK PLUG HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.

• DO NOT USE ABRASIVE PRODUCTS OR SPONGES THAT CAN

PRODUCE STRIPES FOR YOUR CLEANING.

• DO NOT POUR WATER ON THE CONTROL PANEL, IT COULD CAU-

SE A SHORT CIRCUIT..

• IF DEFECTIVE FUNCTIONING IS VERIFIED, IMMEDIATELY TURN

THE APPLIANCE OFF AND DISCONNECT IT FROM THE POWER SU-

PPLY AND CALL THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE.
