To store the DISC TITLE (or CUSTOM TITLE) into.
the remote control unit
DISC TITLE or CUSTOM TITLE can be stored in the remote control
unit together with the disc No. This function is very usoful to soloct
the desired disc or CUSTOM.
Up to 100 DISC TITLE or up to 3
CUSTOM TITLE can be stored in the remote control unit. To enter the
DISC TITLE, use the character buttons of the CD DATA FILE buttons
(The digit buttons of the CD CONTROL buttons cannot be used to
enter the disc number.)

Up to 8 characters can be input
English characters: A-Z(
.G@aim - «CD )
Numerals: 1-9,0( :Gm - «CE }
Symbols: £7 (space), —. 4. 74.(,). KM. (CBD)
Example: To store disc No. 24 as JAZZ 1.
1 Press the 2/DEF button and the 4/JKL button of the CD
DATA FILE buttons to enter the disc No.
2 Press the DISC button of the CD DATA FILE buttons.

Press the CUSTOM button of the CD DATA FILE buttons when
the CUSTOM No. is selected in step 1.

The selected disc No. (or CUSTOM No.) is displayed and the
DISC NO. {or CUSTOM) indicator lights.
3 Press the INPUT button.

The INPUT indicator lights. The cursor appears at the left side
of the display and blinks.
4 Enter the characters for title with the character button
while the cursor is blinking.

Example 1: Each time the 4/JKL buttonis pressed, the character
to be entered changes as follows.
Sao Jo Kw Lo 4
e@ Example 2: By pressing the O/MARK button, the following
characters can be entered

Press the SELECT WORD buttons ( «or ® ) to move the cursor
left or right.
5 Continue step 4 until ail characters are entered.
6 Pressthe INPUT button when all characters are entered.

DISC TITLE is stored in the remote control unit.
