To view videos by a VCR, TV, DVD player or any other kind of gear connected to the
hide-away unit.
Press the MENU button once. [VCR1] has already been selected.
Press the VOLUME control (2/8) buttons. [VCR1] and [VCR2] toggle each time you
press the button. Choose [VCR1] if only one external unit is connected to the system.
Press the 4/6 buttons. The connection mode switches. Select the mode of connection
of the source external unit to the right of [VCR1] or [VCR2].

Exit to [NO SELECT]
• Choose [VIDEO] to view video from the gear connected to RCA VIDEO INPUT
(Refer to page 14).
• Choose [S-VIDEO] to view video from the gear connected to S-VIDEO INPUT
(Refer to page 14).
Press the WIDE/MENU button.
Each time you press the button, the setup menu changes. Press the button a number
of times to close the menu and complete the setting.
• If [VCR2] (NO SELECT) is chosen, pressing the V.SEL or SELECTOR button will
not switch the screen to [VCR2].

• When the display is not being used, direct sunlight and high/low temperatures.
• The display should be used within the temperature ranges shown below.
Operating temperature range: -10 to +50 °C
Storage temperature range:
-20 to +80 °C
At temperatures higher or lower than the operating temperature range the display
may not operate normally.
• The LCD screen of this product is exposed to improve viewability in the vehicle. Do
not push the LCD screen strongly. This could break it.
• Do not touch the LCD screen. This could cause scratches or soiling.
• Small black dots or white dots (bright dots) may appear on the LCD screen. These
are due to the characteristics of the LCD screen and do not indicate a problem with
the display.
• At low temperatures, the LCD screen may be dark for a while after the power is
turned ON.
• The LCD screen will be difficult to see if it is exposed to direct sunlight.
• When removing dust from the screen or cleaning the display, first turn the system
power OFF, then wipe with a soft dry cloth.
• When wiping the screen, take care not to scratch the surface. Do not use harsh or
abrasive chemical cleaners.
• Do not use a wet cloth for cleaning. Do not use organic solvents, such as benzine
and thinner, either.
