Interrupt is pending (that is, issued but not yet acknowledged
by an Ala instruction). A new order will not be accepted
unti I the interrupt is cleared by an Ala or HIO instruction
or by manual intervention (I/O reset from computer control
panel). Command chaining, if specified, will initiate a
new read card cycle even though an interrupt may be
pending.
A combination of these two bits indicates the current reader
condition.
