ELECTRIC HERMETIC BRAKE BLEEDER 15L 3.5bar
INTRODUCTION
Brake fluid capacity (15 litres)
Congratulations on your purchase of our electric hermetic brake bleeder (HU 1104). The HU 1104 uses the
latest technical developments for the maintenance of hydraulic brake and clutch systems. It is recommended
that the brake system be maintained only by professional mechanics.
The brake bleeder has been designed for use with all hydraulic brake systems, including ABS Anti-lock
Brakes. The 10-litre electric model is waterproof, which eliminates the possibility of contamination of the
brake fluid.
The simplicity of our pressure traps allows the mechanic to operate easily, without special training. The
brake bleeder can be used without the help of a third party.
The large capacity (10 litres) of the tank allows you to perform multiple brake drains without the need for
frequent refilling.
The brake traps have been carefully tested and certified for proper operation and operator safety.
Why does the brake system need to be drained?
Dirty brake fluid can cause a failure of the hydraulic brake system. For this reason, only the original brake
fluid should be used in brake bleeders.
The brake fluid is hygroscopic, i. e. it can absorb moisture from the air, which leads to a dangerous reduction
in its boiling point. A brake fluid contaminated with water, under repeated stress pressure, boils creating air
bubbles. Under difficult conditions, this can cause a complete brake failure.
If the brake fluid is contaminated with water, electrolysis occurs inside the brake system. The air contained
in the water droplets causes oxidation. Electrolysis and oxidation cause corrosion of the hydraulic master
cylinders and wheel cylinders, and of the inside of steel brake lines.
Pressure bleeding has proven to be the most effective method of flushing and bleeding hydraulic brake
systems. Expensive repairs can be avoided by flushing the brake system once a year or every 16,000 km.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the filler cap from the brake bleeder and fill the tank with 10 litres of new brake fluid. Do not
remove the screen from the filler neck, as it filters debris that may clog the pump's sensor filter. The liquid
level can be seen on the level indicator tube on the side of the unit. Replace the filler cap, and tighten it by
hand only.
2. Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet.
3. Install the appropriate cylinder tank connection socket and connect the pressure hose seal.
4. Turn the switch to the ON position, and check that there are no leaks on the master cylinder connection.
