Requirements:

12-PIN CD CHANGER PLUG or FULLY FUNCTIONING CD CHANGER

Introduction:

Many VW group vehicles (Audi, VW, Bentley, Skoda, Seat etc.) are pre-wired for

optional CD changer or may already have the changer installed. Either way, the

A2D-VWB is able to add a music streaming solution for any A2DP enabled device

with minimum disruption to the car audio system or wiring integrity. With the

AD2-VWB adapter installed; the optional

operational and also works in vehicles without a functioning CD changer. Once

installed, the A2D-VWB provides a wireless connection for any A2DP enabled

Smartphone, Tablet, Kindle etc. A wireless connection means no wires, clutter or

complicated setup, simply pair the device and enjoy.

Installation:

The A2D-VWB connects to the 12-pin CD plug in remote area (Does not connect

directly to the radio)

Note: Special

removal tool

(not included) is required for vehicles with changer

installed in glove box, center armrest.

Locate factory 12-pin CD plug (See. Fig. 1) usually in glove compartment,

armrest or trunk.

2. Vehicles without CD changer:

Connect factory 12-pin plug (See Fig. 1) to 12-pin socket on adapter

harness.

3. Proceed to pairing on page 3

4. Vehicles with functioning CD changer:

Disconnect 12-pin plug (See Fig. 1) from CD changer and connect to 12-

pin socket on adapter

Connect 12-pin plug on adapter harness (See Fig. 1) to 12-pin socket

(See Fig. 2) on CD changer vacated in step 3

5. Proceed to pairing
