Introduction:

Many C6 owners will be pleased to know they can update the factory system to

support Bluetooth music streaming. 2009+ C6 includes option for Bluetooth

which is great for making calls, but not so great for streaming music

applications. The BLU-C6 music streaming kit works in vehicles with or without

factory installed Bluetooth hands-free module to allow users to stream music

from smartphone while on the road; however, this kit takes the place of XM or

external 6-CD changer in storage well. Purchase our

Pandora, Waze and other applications on the car system. This guide covers basic

install steps for the BLU-C6.

Installation : (To radio)

Radio removal required to access and connect module to radio connector/plug.

Unclip and remove ride control switch/blank plate at front edge of

center console lid. (Figure 1A)

2. Remove (2) 9/32" screws from under the removed blank plate. (Figure

1B)

3. Unclip and remove entire panel surrounding radio and including A/C

controls. (Figure 1C)

4. Remove (4) 9/32" screws securing radio and extract from dash.

(Figure 1D)

5. Disconnect factory 12-pin plug (See Fig. 3) from radio

Note: If radio 12-pin connector has no plug, proceed to step 6

otherwise connect factory 12-pin plug to installation harness gray

connector (See Fig. 4)
