USER MANUAL
The more use your appliance, the more you recognize how a good choice you have
made. Our aim is to provide you more than you have paid for. Thanks for choosing
our product. You will see how easy everything is, as you read this user manual,
and use your appliance according to the instructions given hereby. This way, you
can optimize the performance of you appliance. We hope you have good days with

A.SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not operate your appliance without reading the user manual.
• Before use, check the power and voltage requirements for the appliance if it
corresponds with the mains voltage. If not, refer where you have purchased it
from.
•Keep your appliance out of reach of children and away from them.
•Always use a grounding plug to ground your appliance.
•Do not use extension cords supplying insufficient current to prevent damaging
your appliance. Please make sure that the extension cord used is grounded, and
the cord cross-section is1 mm².
•Do not place your appliance on or near direct heat sources such as stoves or
furnaces.
•Place your appliance on a firm and flat surface. Do not put your appliance on the
edge of a table or worktop. Your appliance may fall by a little push. Please do not
forget that your appliance may be full of hot water.
•Please make sure that the cord doesn't hang over the edge of your table or
worktop, and that the cord is free of any contact with other appliances.
•Avoid performing actions that can damage the cord or plug of your appliance.
Do not carry it holding from the cord, to unplug it hold the plug and NEVER pull
the cord.
• Always hold your appliance by its handle. Its outer surface may be hot.
• When the water boils, or has boiled, do not touch any part of the appliance
except on/off button and holding handle.
• Do not put your appliance on fire.
•Unplug your appliance if the appliance is not in use or being cleaned, and ensure
that the appliance is cooled down before cleaning.
•Use your appliance with its own power base unit only. Do not use any power
base unit of other appliances..
•The appliance will not automatically turn itself off when your coffee is ready.
When you desire to turn the appliance off, you should switch the "on/off" button
to "off" position.
•If you want to re-boil your coffee, wait 15-20 seconds before re-running the
appliance.
• Make sure that the water inside the appliance does not exceed the MAX level.
•NEVER expose your appliance, its power base unit and its cord to water or any
kind of liquid, do not wash these in a dishwasher. Do not use your appliance in
bathroom or such with high humidity.
•Never leave the power base unit or electric connection relays of your appliance in
wet condition. If they get wet, pull the plug out before drying. Do not operate your
appliance until all of these parts become completely dry.
•Take your appliance off the power base unit when filling with water.
•You can use a damp cloth to clean the outer surface of the appliance. Please
make sure that you use a dry cloth when cleaning the power base unit.
•Your appliance is designed for Turkish coffee making purposes only. Do not use
your appliance to heat other liquids.
•Before using for the first time, boil some water and fill out.
•Pull the plug of your appliance out in following conditions.

•In case of a defect or a failure with your appliance, never operate your appliance
and bring it to the nearest Arnica Authorized Service.
•Contact the nearest Arnica Authorized Service for repair and spare parts.
•Use only original parts and accessories with your appliance. These parts and
accessories could be provided from the nearest Arnica Authorized Seller.
CAUTION: Do not use your appliance dry. Operate your appliance with at least a cup
of water.
CAUTION: The appliance you have purchased is for household use only. Do not use your
appliance for commercial and industrial purposes.

D.USAGE
•Your appliance becomes hot during operation; therefore do not touch the hot surfaces
of the appliance. Keep your hand away from the top of the appliance.
•When you need to take you appliance away from the power base unit, turn your
appliance off using "on/off" button.
•You can only make Turkish coffee with your appliance. Do not use your appliance to
boil any other liquids or solutions.
•Wash your appliance before using for the first time, and then fill the appliance with
water up to the MAX level. Turn your appliance off when it's done with boiling water.
•Fill out your appliance and leave your appliance to cool down.
Making Turkish Coffee:
•You can make Turkish coffee for up to 4 people at once.
•Fill the appliance with cold water for people you'll make Turkish coffee (max 4 people).
•If you need to make medium-sugar coffee, put 1 coffee cup of water, 1 tablet sugar
and a heaping full scale of Turkish coffee. Never use the scale as a spoon to mix it.
•Put your appliance onto the power base unit, and turn it on by pressing "On/Off"
button.
•At this time, mix your coffee a few times using a tea spoon.
•When the coffee starts to rise slightly, turn the appliance off and pour a little coffee
into the cup (for foam).
•Put your appliance onto the power base unit once again, turn it on. When your coffee
rises again, put the remaining coffee into the coffee cup.
•You can prepare coffee with different amounts of coffee and sugar for your taste.
•CAUTION: Your appliance will NOT automatically turn itself off when the operation is
done. Make sure you have turned your appliance off.
Safety System
• Protection against running dry: If your appliance is turned on dry accidentally,
protection against running dry will be activated and cut the power off automatically. In
this case pull out the plug of the appliance and wait until it cools down.
E. CLEANING and MAINTENANCE
•Make sure that you have read the Safety Instructions completely before cleaning the
appliance.
•Before cleaning, always TURN OFF your appliance '0' using "On/Off" button, unplug it,
and wait until the appliance cools down.
•Empty your appliance if there is any water in it, and wipe the outer surface with a
damp cloth.
•Do NOT clean your appliance and power base unit by immersing it into water or in a
dishwasher.
•Never use abrasive and chemical materials such as bleach, hydrochloric acid, etc., to
clean your appliance or its accessories.
•NEVER wet the cord and plug. If they get wet, pull the plug of the appliance out, and
dry both plug and cord thoroughly.
