To Heat/Boil Water
1. Place power base on a sturdy, level and dry
surface.
2. Open the kettle lid and fill with water through
opening. Water must be filled between the Min
and Max levels.
3. Close the lid, ensuring it locks into place.
4. Place the kettle onto the power base.
5. Plug the power cord into an available 120V AC
wall outlet.
6. Press the ( )/Boil power switch to turn On. The
360˚LED Lighting will illuminate and begin boiling
water.
7. To select a different heat setting besides Boil,
press the ( -/+ ) button after turning the kettle on to
cycle through other heat settings. Once desired
heat setting is selected, the kettle will begin
heating water.
8. Once the water reaches the desired heat, the
kettle will automatically shut off.
9. Using the handle, lift the kettle off the power base
to serve. Do not touch the stainless steel or glass
body, as it will be hot.
10. When finished serving, pour out any remaining
water and unplug the power cord.
Maintain Temperature
1. Follow steps 1-5 from To Heat/Boil Water from
instructions above.
2. Press the ( -/+ ) button to select desired temperature.
3. Press and hold ( )/Boil for 3 seconds until the
desired setting is blinking and 360˚LED Lighting
turns ON.
4. The kettle will heat water to desired temperature
then beep twice.
5. After beeping twice, the 360˚LED Lighting will stay
illuminated and the temperature light will remain
blinking.
6. After 30 minutes, the kettle will automatically turn off.

Caution:
The glass portion of
the kettle will become
extremely hot during
use and remain hot for
sometime after. Do not
touch the glass body
until the kettle has
cooled completely.
Note:
· Never fill kettle with any
liquid other than water.
· Never open the lid while
water is boiling.
· If the kettle is heated
with no water,
the internal safety
mechanism will
automatically turn the
kettle off. The kettle
will begin working
again after the kettle
is removed from
and returned to the
base and the internal
temperature drops to
a safe level. The kettle
functions properly when
water is added.
· When heating water,
if the (-/+) button is
pressed before the
(
)/Boil button, the
temperature light will
turn on; however, the
kettle will not start
heating until (
)/Boil
is pressed.
· The (
)/Boil button
must still be pressed
to initiate heating. The
kettle is only heating if
the 360˚ LED lighting is
illuminated.
