USING THE STAINLESS STEEL TEA INFUSER

Boil water to desired temperature.

See "To Boil Water" on page

5 and "Using The Keep Warm

Temperatures" on page 7.

Close the lid and steep tea for

desired length of time.

Press the Lid Button and allow

steam to disperse from the kettle.

Once finished, remove the infuser

from the kettle, close the lid and

serve.

Place tea to be brewed into the

infuser.

• Loose tea or tea bags can be used in the infuser.

HINT

Carefully insert the infuser into the

kettle by holding the infuser handle,

making sure the flat side of the

infuser lays parallel to the removable

filter.
