Upon ascent to 2 FT (0.6 M) for 1 second, operation shifts to Surface Mode.
Once 10 minutes elapse after surfacing from a dive, another descent is
considered a new dive.
Once 20 minutes elapse after surfacing from a dive, operation enters Power
Saver Mode (PSM) until the button is pressed to resume operation.
