MALFUNCTIONS
No diffusion
Appearance of
essential oil on
the diffuser.
Unit not charging
Thick oils such as vetiver, amyris, patchouli and other
oils may clog the device. If this happens, use a cotton
swab with alcohol to clean the mist outlet without too
much force. Do NOT press hard on the metallic disk as
it may get damaged.
If you want to diffuse these oils, you can mix them with
lighter essential oils such as orange or lemon.

TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE ORIGINS
The oil is not 100%
pure and/or has been
adulterated.
The stand's power sup-
ply is not connected / the
diffuser is not charged.
There is no more oil.
The metallic disc is
blocked with traces of oil
residue.
The oil does not flow into
the unit.
The essential oil bottle is
not properly screwed on.
Unit misplaced on
charging base.
WARNING
SOLUTIONS
Only use pure and
natural essential oils.
Plug in the power and
press the button, let the
diffuser recharge.
Replace with a full
bottle.
Perform maintenance
of your diffuser as
indicated above.
Shake the device
several times to allow
the oil to flow into the
diffusion chamber.
Screw the bottle tightly.
Place unit firmly on
charging base.
