Data Storage and Usage
When you use our mobile app or our products or other software, data
regarding the use and operation of the product, such as flight telemetry
data (e.g., speed, altitude, battery life, and information about the gimbal
and camera) and operations records, may be provided to DJI. The
internal storage device incorporated into the product stores various
types of data, including flight telemetry data. You may also provide flight
telemetry data and other data to us when you manually transmit that
information from the internal storage device to us.
Please refer to DJI Privacy Policy (available at http://www.dji.com/policy)

DJI or a DJI authorized dealer.
Individual Parts
Regarding Genuine and Functional Parts
To avoid component malfunction, serious injury, and property damage,
observe the following rules:
1. Use only genuine DJI parts or parts certified by DJI. Unauthorized
parts or parts from non-DJI certified manufacturers may cause
system malfunctions and compromise safety.
2. Ensure there are no foreign objects (such as water, oil, soil, sand,
etc.) inside of the aircraft or its components.
3. Ensure the aircraft and its components – including but not limited to
the remote controller, camera, gimbal, compass, propulsion system,
and battery – are all in good working order, damage free, and
functioning well. Refer to the remaining sections in this document for
more details on how to ensure the functionality of these components.
4. DO NOT modify or alter the aircraft, its components, and parts.
Unauthorized modification may cause malfunctions and affect the
aircraft's functionality and safety.
5. Make sure that all the cooling fans of the aircraft are free of foreign
objects, and there is no obstruction on the air intake and the air vent.
6. All the accessories that would be used together with M300 RTK,
including but not limited to gimbals, CSM Radar, should only be
used with the aircraft. Users take full responsibility for the damages
caused by the accessories that have been used with other non-
official products.
7. DO NOT use non-DJI cable to connect the aircraft ports, which may
cause system malfunctions and compromise safety.
Video Transmission System
1. Only enable "Custom" mode under the guidance of professionals.
Otherwise, the video transmission signal may lag or even get lost
due to interference.
Remote Controller
1. Fully charge the Smart Controller before each flight.
2. If the Smart Controller is turned on and the Touch Screen is off for
five minutes, an alert sound will be triggered. Ten seconds after the
alert sound, the Smart Controller will automatically power off. Move
the sticks or perform some other action to cancel the alert.
3. Ensure the antennas are unfolded and adjusted to the proper
position to achieve the optimal transmission quality.
4. Contact DJI support to repair or replace the antennas if they are
damaged. Damaged antennas will greatly decrease performance.
5. Link the Smart Controller and the aircraft again if you change the
aircraft.
6. Ensure to power off the aircraft before the Smart Controller.
7. Fully charge the Smart Controller every three months.
8. Immediately charge the Smart Controller when its power level
decreases to 10% to prevent the Smart Controller from damage
due to over discharge for an extended period. Discharge the Smart
Controller to a power level between 40% and 60% if stored for an
extended period.
9. DO NOT cover the air vent on the Smart Controller. Otherwise,
the Smart Controller may become too hot, which could affect its
performance.
10. DO NOT disassemble the Smart Controller without the assistance
of a DJI authorized dealer. Always contact DJI or a DJI authorized
dealer to replace the Smart Controller's components.
11. DO NOT block the built-in GPS. In cases where the DJI Smart
Controller Enterprise Screen Mounting Bracket (hereinafter referred
as "Mounting Bracket") is installed, remove it and try again if GPS
signal is poor.
12. To avoid wear and tear of the Stick Covers, DO NOT disassemble
the sticks on a frequent basis.
Compass
To avoid possible serious injury and property damage, observe the
following rules:
1. Land immediately when obvious drifting occurs in flight.
2. DO NOT fly in an environment with strong electromagnetic
interference or space with lots of obstruction.
3. If the DJI Pilot app prompts for compass calibration before
takeoff, please take off after calibration in an environment without
electromagnetic interference.
Only calibrate the compass when the DJI Pilot app or the status indicator
prompt you to do so. Observe the following rules when calibrating your
compass:
1. DO NOT calibrate your compass where there is magnetic
interference, such as interference by magnetite, parking structures,
or steel reinforcements underground.
2. DO NOT carry ferromagnetic materials with you during calibration
such as cellular phones.
3. The DJI Pilot app will prompt you to resolve the compass issue if
the compass is affected by strong interference after calibration is
complete. Follow the prompted instructions to resolve the compass
issue.
Propulsion Systems
To avoid serious injury to yourself or others, which may be caused by the
rotating propellers and motors, observe the following rules:
Propellers
1. DO NOT use aged, chipped, or broken propellers.
2. Always power off the aircraft before touching the propellers.
3. Be aware of the sharp edges of the propellers when mounting
or removing the propellers. Wear gloves or take other protective
measures when touching the propellers.
4. Whenever necessary, use tools (e.g., wrench, screwdriver, pliers,
