Thread Webbing through Cam Buckle :
8 – Obtain one of the Cam Buckles and Depress Lever
9 – Thread Webbing through opening in the Cam Buckle
Ensure the Slide on the Web Keeper is positioned as shown; Facing up and the webbing is not twisted.
10 – Pull webbing through the Cam Buckle until the pre-marked line is in position with the cam buckle.
11 – Repeat Steps 6 – 8 to thread the webbing through the other Cam Buckle.
