BC194 / BC195 Replacing a worn part

Use bent nose internal circlip pliers to locate the circlip

under the operator head in the top of the pump assembly

Slightly depress the operator head to take pressure off the

circlip in order to then remove the circlip from inside the

pump body. Then draw the piston out of the body by

pulling on the operator head

Allow the duckbill valve and spring to drop out of the

pump body (may need a sharp tap to remove if concealed

soap is present). Remove the duckbill valve from brass

carrier

Replace both duckbill valves and both red O-rings on the

piston head as required

Reassemble in reverse of above but use food-safe grease

on the piston head before reassembly and when replacing

the nozzle ensure the nozzle thread is clean and use

medium strength Loctite on the nozzle thread for security
