The fire pit comes partially assembled from the factory.

The pilot tubing and thermocouple leads are 48" in total

length, therefore, when mounting the Gas Valve/Piezo

mounting plate, ensure the mounting plate is close enough

to make all connections.

Open carton and remove contents. Inspect for any damage

or missing parts.

The hardware bag includes mounting plate screws, orifice,

Piezo wires and flex connector to complete the installation.

Carefully install the fire pit into the prepared enclosure,

connect the gas line and wire according to the figure

drawings in this manual.

INSTALLING NIPPLE INTO BURNER

Before the fire pit is installed:

Install a 2" nipple and flared fitting into the bottom of

the burner. Ensure the nipple has gas rated Teflon tape

wrapped around the threads. Thread the nipple into the

burner in a clockwise manner. Secure into position.

See Fig. 5.

CONTROL PANEL MOUNTING PLATE

The control panel mounting plate is pre-assembled at the

factory with the gas valve and Piezo ignitor. On the back of

this manual is a template for use to cut an opening for the

mounting plate. Once you have determined the location of

control panel mounting plate install the gas connections

and Piezo wires as shown in Fig. 6 and secure all

connections.
