General guidelines

During any kind of maintenance operations, act slowly and with caution and please take care not to get stuck

in any component with your fingers, clothes, or hair.

The device should be serviced on a regular base to ensure a long working life and optimal functionality.

Cleaning

The rope should be cleaned daily, or at least once a week, depending on the frequency of use. Please use a

cleanser* and an absorbent cloth to remove all residues (fig. 1).

The rope wheel and its sideplates should be cleaned weekly, or at least once a month, depending on the fre-

quency of use. Please use a cleanser and an absorbent cloth to remove all residues (fig. 2).

The intensity wheel and the housing should be cleaned weekly, or at least once a month, depending on the

The guidance wheel should be cleaned and freed from residues (fig. 4).

In case of noise development, minimal amounts of silicone spray should be applied to the four inspection

doors on the back (fig. 5). Please note: the silicone spray should never get in contact with the rope wheel or

the rope, as this would impair the friction and, thus, the functionality of the revvll PRO.

Once a year we recommend a service operated by aerobis or an authorised partner. Register your device for

service by sending an email to [email protected] and you'll receive all required information.

We recommend the usage of an alcohol-containing cleanser. Do not

use acid- or soap-based cleanser.

We recommend a high performance WD-40 silicone spray (please do

not use any „regular" WD-40 spray!).
