11. Attach long hair so as not to be hindered while exercising.12. If you feel pain or if you feel dizzy while exercising, imme-
diately stop and rest.
13. If you begin to feel your muscles tiring, rest for a while before continuing. Do not exhaust your muscles! It could only bring
exhaustion or possibly an injury.
14. Keep children and household pets away from the appliance at all times.
15. Take the necessary steps so that the door is not opened while you are training.
16. Do not tinker with your appliance.
17. In case of degradation of your appliance, bring it back to your Decathlon shop and do not use the appliance until it is
completely repaired. Only use Decathlon spare parts.
18. Always warm up before exercising. Start training slowly and set yourself realistic aims.
19. Breathe! Do not block your breath in spite of the effort.
Consult your doctor before starting an exercise program. This is particularly important for people over 35 or having had
health problems and if you have not practiced any sport for several years. Read all the instructions before use.
Open the door, loosen the tightening knob and place the BT300 under the door as indicated in figure.
Place the BT300 at the bottom center of the door and tighten the knob again. Take care not to damage the door's surface.
Close the door and lock it before using the BT300. The height of the BT300 can be adjusted, loosen the wing nut and move
the toe clip bar on the desired position. Place the wing nut back and tighten it.
Place your feet in the emplacements foreseen to that effect.
To start with, slowly lift your head and shoulders from the ground and bend the torso until your shoulders no longer touch the
ground. Pause. Breathe out while lifting your torso and contract your muscles. Breathe in going back down to the ground.
Release to come back to the starting position.
Hands behind the head, at the end of the lifting movement, do a rotation to the right and to the left. Release to come back to
the starting position
