All components are available for 11 years from the date of purchase of the Bob. If you have a
problem with a component of your Bob, please contact the customer service department of the
shop where your Bob was purchased.
IMPORTANT: If you need to have your Bob repaired or transported, please follow the return
procedure:
1.
Drain your Bob with the Drain cycle (Drain menu
sink to empty the remaining water in the tank
2.
Clean the filters, the spray arm with clean water and the inside of the tank with a sponge
3.
Seal the water inlet and outlet with absorbent paper before sending.
4.
Be careful not to wrap Bob in plastic, as the electronics may be damaged by water.
5.
Place Bob in his original box with the protections provided.
6.
Tape the top and bottom cardboard flaps well.
