Please read the instructions carefully and follow the assembly steps.
To ensure proper assembly, please follow all steps and use all parts provided. Not following
this warning may result in serious injury to you or others.
To prevent misalignments, keep the screws loose and do not tighten them until they are all
in their correct positions.
Avoid overtightening or forcing the screws, as this could cause them to break, strip, or
damage the threads of the holes.
Using the wrong size of screws for a particular part could cause damage to the screw or the
part.
Please lubricate all moving parts regularly and tighten all bolts and screws every 6 months,
or as needed.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Seat Height:Paddle-shaped lever on the right side
To raise:
While taking your weight off chair, lift lever
up.
To lower:
While taking your weight off chair, lift lever
up.
2. Inflatable Back Cushion: Inflatable handle on right side
To inflate the back cushion:
Press it constantly to inflate the back cushion until you are satisfied
with the fullness and comfort of your back.
To deflate the back cushion:
Hold your back against the back cushion and use your fingers to press
the plug on the inflated handle to deflate the cushion.
3. Rocking Tension: Long stem under the seat cushion with knob
To increase tension:
While seated, turn knob forward
(toward + sign).
To decreas tension:
While seated, turn knob backward
Tight
(toward - sign).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Turn the Star Base(8) upside down, then press the Casters(5) into the holes at the end of

Insert the Gas Piston(6) into the center hole of the Star Base, the Gas Piston Cover(7)

Align the Seat Plate(3) over the pre-drilled holes underneath the Seat Cushion(2), make

sure that the front of the Seat Plate is facing the front of the Seat Cushion. Attach the Seat
Plate to the Seat Cushion using TWO Bolts M8*45mm(10) at the front and TWO Bolts
M8*25mm(9) at the back, tighten all the bolts with the Wrench(15), being careful not to
miss-thread the bolts or damaged the Seat.
Align two control handles of the Seat Plate(3) over the pre-drilled holes underneath the
Seat Cushion(2), attach two handles to the Seat Cushion using FOUR bolts M6X25mm(13),
tighten all the bolts with the wrench.

Connect the Seat Cushion and Back Cushion together. Align the steel plate of Back

cushion over the pre-drilled holes underneath Seat cushion, and tighten the FOUR bolts
M8X35mm(1 1) by using the Wrench(15).

Turn the Seat-Back upright and align the center hole of the Seat Plate over the Gas
Step 5
Piston(6), then push the Seat Cushion down onto the Gas Piston firmly until the connection
is secure. Attach the TWO Arms(4) to the Seat Cushion(2) with FOUR Bolts M8*50mm(12),
using the Wrench(15).
Note 1: Arm rests are labeled with an "L" (left) or "R" (right) to show which sides they should be
placed on.
Note 2: Do not tighten all the bolts to 100% at first, 70% is enough, make sure it have space to adjust
in the next steps.

Adjust the balance on each side of the chair, and fully tighten all the bolts at this step.
Step 6
Press the Plastic Caps(14) into the Arms holes to cover the bolts. Now, your chair is
successfully installed.
