To Lengthen:
Move adjustment slides
away from shell.
Relace free end of harness
strap between slides. Pull
tight.

over the child's shoulders.
Position crotch strap
between legs.
Hold buckle plates with
one hand and buckle with
the other. Push buckle
plates into buckle until you
hear a "click." Pull up on
harness to make sure
buckle is locked.
