6. settings

Apart from food displayed on the preset menu, you also can use this air fryer to cook other foods by setting time and
temperature. The table below is a guide to help you select correct temperature and time for the food you want to
prepare.
note: Keep in mind that these settings are only for reference. as foods differ in origin, size, shape as well
as brand, we cannot guarantee the best setting for your ingredients.
As Rapid Air Technology instantly heats air inside the appliance, pulling the frying tray briefly out of the appliance
during frying barely disturbs process.
Tips:
l Smaller portions of food usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger portions.
l A larger portion of food only requires a slightly longer preparation time and vice versa.
l Flipping food halfway through the preparation time optimizes the end result and can help prevent uneven cooking.
l Fresh potatoes can be coated with a little oil for a crispy result. The food must be placed in the air fryer within
a few minutes after oil coating.
l Do not prepare extremely greasy food such as sausages in the air fryer.
l Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
l The optimal amount for preparing crispy fries is 500 grams.
l You can also use the air fryer to warm foods by setting the temperature to 150°C and the timer to about
10 minutes.
Making home-made fries
For the best results, we advise to use pre-baked fries. If you want to make home-made fries, follow the steps below:
l Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries.
l Soak the potato fries in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes, take them out and
dry them with paper towel.
l Pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl, place the fries on top and thorougly mix until they are evenly coated with
oil.
l Remove fries from the bowl with your fingers or a kitchen utensil so that excess oil remains on the bowl. Place
them in the frying basket.
l Fry the fries according to instructions in this chapter and chapter 9.
