INTO THE FRAME UNTIL ALL BOLTS HAVE BEEN INSERTED FOR
THAT PHASE OF ASSEMBLY. ONLY AT THE FINAL STEP OF
ASSEMBLY, SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AND HARDWARE.
