Product description, intended operation

clar 50, clar 100

The dot-spot clar 50/100 is a very compact high-performance LED spot with permanent-

ly installed 50 resp. 100 W COB LED. The clar 50 has a connected load of 50 W and

features passive cooling. The clar 100 has a connected load of 100 W and features a

very silent membrane fan for active cooling.

The clar has an anodized aluminium housing with integrated heat sink and driver elec-

tronics. Both clar models are available with different dispersion angles.

The clar has the protection class IP 56 and can be used both, indoors and outdoors.

Thanks to the mounting bracket, the clar can be installed on solid surfaces so that it can

be rotated and swivelled. The clar features an approx. 1-metre long connection cable

with a watertight connection plug (IP67), to which the external IP 67 power supply in-

cluded is connected. Both clar models are equipped with the dot-spot THERMOPROTECT

protective circuit which automatically reduces the power as soon the LED is in danger of

overheating, which in turn guarantees the maximum lifetime of the LED. The clar serves

as effective architectural lighting and for lighting gardens and plants.
